Sean Gowing — Entrepreneurship & technology. A business owner with a background in entrepreneurship, technology, and building scalable systems, Sean cuts through theory to focus on what works — and what doesn't — when you're actually building something that lasts.

Kim Martin — Executive producer. The connector of people and the lifeblood of Converse-Ations. Kim is the former Director of Elevate Glenrock and now serves as Events Director at Converse County Aging Services. Without her, the conversations simply don't happen.
